It would appear that Guitar Hero Metallica will in fact become a reality and just to prove it Activision have released a brand new reveal trailer for the title. So when can you get your hands on the game? well the ever vague guideline of Spring 09 is what we are currently being told and the game will be released on the PS3, X360 & Wii.

A number of Rockstar games related news items for you now, first of all the release date for the DS title GTA: China Town War has been revealed as March 17 2009 in North America and March 20 2009 for us here in Europe. In other news NamelessGaming would like to offer our congratulations to Rockstar as they managed to scope three awards at last nights 2008 Video Game awards including Best Action Adventure Game, Best Performance By A Human Male for Michael Hollick’s portrayal of Niko Bellic & The big one the Game Of The Year Award obviously for GTA IV.

Speaking of last nights awards Spike TV also premiered the trailer for GTA IV DLC The Lost And Damned due for release next February.

Home Open Beta to Launch 11th December 2008!

Sony have just announced that the Home Open Beta that so many PS3 users have been waiting for will launch this year and in fact will launch this week, to be more specific it will launch Tomorrow! This is a worldwide release so wherever you are look out for the PSN update yesterday and get downloading and enjoying Home.

Having trouble running GTA IV on PC!

Rockstar have asked us to pass on some news, if you are having trouble running GTA IV on your PC then don’t worry they are working on sorting it out as soon as posible.

If you have experienced any trouble you should contact your local technical support helpline the number of which can be found in the game’s manual.

Also the official Rockstar support page has regularly updated problems and possible fixes for them.

We are certain that only a small amount of you are experiencing any problems with GTA IV PC and we hope the rest of you are enjoying the wonders of Grand Theft Auto IV.

XBOX German Adventure day 11

Well today is the 11th and we are pleased to announce the last day in the XBOX german adventure, well technically yesterday should have been however we were not in when UPS called so in total it was around 9 days in total without the XBOX 360 which given all the horror stories I am sure you have heard is not bad at all. Microsoft have replaced the old console and very nice it is to.

This morning I was greet by the very nice surprise of an email from Sony with a code for a little something known as the Home beta, I have now downloaded and will be enjoying for some time tonight. We will be sure to let you know how we get on and if it has really been worth the ever increasing wait.

Sorry there have been no updates to the site for a while we have experienced some technical problems known as work overload however problems are now sorted and we should be posting like mad in no time, thanks for your patience.

GTA IV “The Lost and Damned” DLC Coming February 17th 09!

USA today have reported not only that the first of two episodic content will be released on the Live Marketplace on February 17th 2009 and will entitled “The Lost and Damned” As well as this they also revealed some details about the story the DLC will tell. ohnny Klebitz, a member of the Liberty City biker gang The Lost who you meet a couple times in GTA IV’s singleplayer game (Elizabeta has you overlook a drug deal with him, and Ray has him accompany you on the diamond deal).

UPDATE: I have spoken to Rockstar and they have confirmed that February 17 2009 will be the worldwide release date for the DLC however they did not specify any information on Pricing although early indications seem to be between around $15-20

XBOX German Adventrue day 4!

Today is day 4 of the XBOX 360′s german adventure and it has been delivered by UPS in germany! so now all that reamins for them to do is fix it up and ship it back a process which for some strange reason takes around 2 weeks.
